Chade Fashion Inc. is a U.S.-based company founded by a Korean-American entrepreneur, specializing in the fashion industry, particularly in wigs and related products.

 Customer Needs 

Chade Fashion faced significant operational challenges when the ERP provider they were using went out of business, leaving them without maintenance support for their solution. The company needed continuous ERP system updates due to changes in the operating system, but these updates were no longer available. Additionally, with business expansion and an increase in product diversity, the existing system was unable to handle inventory tracking. As a result, inaccurate data became a significant issue, negatively affecting operational efficiency.

 Why Woongjin and the Solution were Chosen

 Results 

Chade Fashion successfully transitioned from their outdated system to SAP Business One, establishing a stable digital management environment. In addition to the core SAP Business One modules, the project implemented add-on modules for inventory management and purchase/sales management, optimizing operations across all areas. Furthermore, by integrating their POS system, Chade Fashion was able to respond to customer demands more promptly. Standardizing data also enabled consistent data accumulation, allowing the company to leverage various business insights.
