Woongjin Co., Ltd. (CEO: Suyoung Lee) participated in the 24th Korea Channel & Communication Conference (KCCM) held on June 24 at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul, where the company delivered a keynote session and operated an exhibition booth.
Under the theme “Synergistic CX – Bridging the Gap, People & AI,” this year’s conference was organized to share strategies for innovating customer experience (CX) through artificial intelligence (AI) across non-face-to-face channels and contact center environments. During the event, Woongjin introduced its AI Contact Center (AICC) implementation experience and operational strategies by presenting a session titled “Enhancing Customer Experience with AI.”
As part of its efforts to drive contact center innovation through AI-powered services, Woongjin has actively adopted Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies across various projects. Lim Yeon-je, Head of Woongjin’s VC Business Division, who led the presentation, shared implementation cases of cloud-based AICC systems designed and built entirely by Woongjin’s in-house experts. The showcased solutions incorporated AI-powered features such as voice bots, chatbots, speech-to-text (STT), automated summarization, and multilingual translation services. He particularly emphasized how practical expertise from real customer service operations was reflected to create a people-centered digital consultation environment.
At the conference, Woongjin also operated an exhibition booth showcasing the key features and implementation cases of its AICC solutions. Visitors were able to experience firsthand the operational efficiency and convenience enabled by digital transformation through functionalities such as consultation automation, summarization, and AI-assisted customer response support developed based on Woongjin’s real-world implementation experience.
Lim Yeon-je stated, “Woongjin is driving consultation innovation through an integrated AICC model that combines AI technologies with extensive customer service operational expertise. Going forward, we will continue advancing customer experience solutions that lead digital transformation.”
