Woongjin (CEO Lee, Suyoung) announced that it has been selected as a non-face-to-face service provider in the remote work category for the 2021 K-Untact Voucher Platform Project, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

Through this untact voucher project, Woongjin will provide OnePack Groupware, an enterprise collaboration tool. In particular, under the guidelines of this project, demand-side companies that adopt OnePack Groupware can use the service by paying only 10% of the cost, significantly reducing the financial burden.

As companies have moved quickly to establish non-face-to-face work environments due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, applications from demand-side companies closed early in just three days. Woongjin expects that groupware adoption by demand-side companies will draw strong attention if they take advantage of the low self-payment rate offered through this project.

Yong-jun Ahn, Head of Woongjin’s Cloud Business Division, said, “As a NAVER WORKS partner, Woongjin has operated more than 50,000 accounts over the past six years, already proving its solid technical capabilities and stability.” He added, “Many of Woongjin’s enterprise customers used electronic approval and video conferencing functions through OnePack Groupware last year, reducing gaps in non-face-to-face remote work. We expect this trend to continue this year.”

Cloud-based OnePack Groupware includes Woongjin’s proprietary electronic approval function, as well as NAVER WORKS video conferencing, enterprise cloud, mail, messaging, calendar, and organization chart(address book) functions. It supports smart work on both web and mobile, and is particularly optimized as a work collaboration tool for the post-COVID era, making it highly useful in remote work and non-face-to-face environments.

The K-Untact Voucher Platform Project supports up to 90% of service adoption costs to promote the digital transformation of small and venture companies and foster the non-face-to-face service sector.
