 Customer Needs 

Jeisys Medical needed to improve logistics efficiency and provide employees with immediate access to system data at operational sites. Key requirements included issuing serial-number barcode labels when orders were registered, using the corresponding serial-number data during goods receipt, and establishing a supply chain management-based logistics system tailored to its business requirements.

 Why the Solution Was Chosen 

Jeisys Medical implemented an integrated management system based on SAP Business One and Microsoft SQL Server. The system enabled real-time data access through inventory-counting software, camera-based barcode scanning, and document attachment and photography using Android PDAs.

The company also established processes for issuing work instructions after production orders and managing serial numbers, improving the efficiency of production and inventory management.

 Results 

The implementation of SAP Business One enabled Jeisys Medical to integrate logistics and financial data while improving consistency between physical and system inventory.
