Project Overview
Company J needed easier communication with store employees and an HR system that reflected its specialized working arrangements. NAVER WORKS enabled efficient communication through a familiar interface, while updated HR functions allowed the company to manage employees without introducing a separate specialized HR solution.
Results
The project replaced aging on-premises groupware with continuously updated cloud services, enabled real-time information sharing across nationwide stores, unified HR management within groupware, and reduced the risk of confidential design information being exposed.
