Woongjin’s rental management system, WRMS, is a rental-specialized solution that can easily accommodate the client’s needs. This enables our clients to not only launch its regular visit services but also establish scalability to respond to various business models such as delivery, subscription, and rental. Moreover, Woongjin’s extensive experience and guidance in financial leasing processes allow clients to rapidly establish policies and build a system that supports expansion into sales and service areas, making Woongjin the ideal partner for this project.
Woongjin’s IT Business Division has been experiencing rapid growth based on its proprietary solutions, including the rental management solution WRMS and the mobility solution WDMS. The company has also established a comprehensive enterprise IT system portfolio spanning from cloud to endpoint environments while continuously adopting emerging technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
To address these requirements, Company K implemented Woongjin’s WRMS. Reflecting a phased expansion strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, WRMS supports stable entry into the rental market and subsequent expansion into membership and care services.
As Company L diversified its global operations, it required a system to support the expansion of its overseas care service business. Woongjin’s WRMS, a specialized rental management solution, provided the flexibility to accommodate the company’s specific requirements.
Through this partnership, the two companies plan to promote the growth of the rental industry. Woongjin will provide its rental business expertise and IT technologies, while SGI Seoul Guarantee Insurance will offer overdue rental payment guarantee services to help reduce business risks for rental operators. Participating rental businesses will utilize Woongjin’s rental IT platform, WRMS.
Through 12 customer projects that implemented WRMS, its existing on-premise rental system, Woongjin selected 43 essential rental business processes and incorporated them into the cloud version.
